Product Description
Finally, an easy-to-install magwell for the Canik TP9! Featuring our new patent pending Overlock Retention System that uses your gun's lanyard connection point to securely attach the magwell.
Installation video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIa1CbL3A_A&authuser=0
Weight: 1.4 ounces
Material: Aluminum
Color: Tungsten
NOTE: Does not work with the Canik TP-9 Elite or Mete/Rival.
NOTE: Factory basepads require minor fitting -- otherwise they will not lock into place with the magwell attached (this was unavoidable because the Canik uses the basepad as a grip extension). Instructions appear on our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/taylorfreelance/posts/1828613420529098 , and in this video: https://youtu.be/xZ1yjlQcnhk

CANIK TP9 SF
The only down on this is that the Mags that are standard with the TP9sfx are the exteded 20 round and I need to modify the mag to fit the well. With a small fil on the edge of the plastic was able to get them to lock up good other than that great product

Function
I purchased the canik TP9SF mag well for my TP9sfx and it does fit and I do like it’s quality of manufacturing, however, with the standard TP9sfx mags it will not allow the magazine to seat, I have to purchase new TF mag base plates or extensions in order to get the mag well to work with the TP9SFX magazines I did not find a footnote that said it would not work for the SFX it just said all TP9 models besides the Elite. ---- RESPONSE: Sorry you didn't see that Tim. There's an explanation of how to fit the basepads to the magwell in the sales blurb on our webstore.

Canik TP9 SFX magwell
Looks great but for what you pay it should fit without significant modification. The magwell, as well as the magazines have to be dremmeled or filed down to work together. Absolutely will NOT work without filing your MAGA and the TF magwell. ---- Hey Todd, if you're talking about using the factory basepads, you're correct -- the factory basepads need to be fitted (but not the magwell itself). That's explained in the text advertising the part. -- RT
