Part Legality in Various States
It's up to the customer to know whether our parts are legal to use in your state or community. Please check with your state for specifics.
Our parts are not illegal in any state. However, depending on where you live combining that part with your magazine and/or firearm may be illegal.
For example, in Washington State, our home state, our mag extensions can be purchased for use on pre-ban mags. However, putting the same part on a post-ban mag creates an illegal high-capacity mag.
Discounts and Sales
The short answer is we don't have discount codes and we don't have sales. On a very rare occasion we will have a clearance sale to get rid of discontinued merchandise.
Many years ago, we decided to sell our parts as cheap as we could without having sales and discounts. Everyone gets the same price and you won't suddenly find it cheaper the day after you bought it!
It makes life easier for all of us.
Pricing Issues & Availability
While we strive to be perfect, it doesn't always happen. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold in cases of pricing issues and stock availability.
Warranty And Returns
Our philosophy on warranties and returns is simple. 100%. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased directly from Taylor Freelance, return it for a full refund. (Parts purchased from a vendor need to be returned to the vendor) This policy is for 100 days or so. Older returns may be accepted for store credit.
If you manage to break one of our parts, we will send you a new part at no cost.
To return a part for any reason, please include a note in the package with your part. Include your name, address, and the reason for return. No official authorization is required. (It helps us figure out why someone sent us a part in the box!)

Some Details:
- Return policy is only for product purchased directly from Taylor Freelance. TF parts purchased from other vendors need to be returned to that specific vendor as return policies may be different.
- Broken TF parts, no matter where purchased can be sent back to TF for exchange.
- Lifetime warranty only applies to the useability of the part and only to TF made parts. Scratched finishes from lots of hard use do not qualify for return. Scratches happen!

Privacy Statement
Customer records are retained for our use only, and will not be re-sold or re-purposed. We do not spam our customers and you can only get our newsletter if you OPT in!
CREDIT CARDS: We use a third-party credit card processor and never see your number. We only get the last four digits of your credit card and do not have access to credit card information after the purchase.
