    We aim to have all orders fulfilled and shipped within two business days of the order being placed.

    • Pickup in Store: Please email us at support@taylorfreelance.com or lydia@taylorfreelance.info to arrange pickup at our shop.  

    • Basic Shipping - USPS: Our Basic USPS shipping cost is $8.99 for basic Flat Rate shipping via USPS. These orders will typically be delivered five to seven business days after an order has been placed. Please note that with basic shipping, a package will be picked up by USPS and start moving to delivery the business day after postage has been printed and tracking information has been generated. Tracking information can get delayed depending on the package flow at USPS.

    • Basis Shipping - UPS: Our Basic UPS shipping cost is $14.00 via UPS Ground. (FedEx available upon request.) We charge a flat rate for this option to make it easier for both you and us! These orders will typically be delivered three to five business days after an order has been placed. Please note that with basic shipping, a package will be picked up by UPS and start moving to delivery the business day after postage has been printed and tracking information has been generated. This option is only available for addresses within the lower 48 states of the USA.

    • Expedited 3-Day - UPS: Our Expedited 3-Day Shipping is $37.00 via UPS 3-Day Select. (FedEx available upon request.) We charge a flat rate for this option to make it easier for both you and us! This option is only available for orders placed between Monday through Thursday. For orders placed after 12pm PST, the shipment may be delayed by one business day and is therefore not eligible for a service refund. This option is only available for addresses within the lower 48 states of the USA.

    • Expedited Next Day - UPS: Our Flat Rate Overnight Shipping is $80.00 via UPS Next-Day. (FedEx available upon request.) We charge a flat rate for this option to make it easier for both you and us! This option is only available for orders placed between Monday through Thursday. For orders placed after 12pm PST, the shipment may be delayed by one business day and is therefore not eligble for a service refund. This option is only available for addresses within the lower 48 states of the USA.
