    Product Description

    Replacement spring for 170mm S&W M&P extension kit and Canik 170mm extension kit. Brown in color, required to make 170mm-equipped magazine function. Custom-made for Taylor Freelance by Wolff Gunsprings.

    This spring also works on Rock Island-built magazines for the Rock Island HC 1911 (double-stack only).

    Due to U.S. State Department restrictions, we cannot ship this part internationally.

      I wish Rock Island had customer service half as good as Taylor Freelance. I have made multiple purchases from them and always impressed with TF quality and reliability despite the abuse I put them through. I appreciate that they are always available with expertise over the phone when I call. I will purchase from them again.

      I got an older TF plus 10 it came with a bunch of mags I bought from a guy that was getting out of his m&p it didn’t feed great when tested it so took the spring out and it had a 12 coil in it so ordered a 14 coil put it in a works perfect thanks glad I got that plus 10 in the mags and had problems or I’d have never heard of this company 5 stars all day with what I’ve got so far

      We shoot a ton of competitions and have found these springs to hold up really well. This most recent purchase was to replace some we used a year, but it wasn't because the old ones wore out, it was preventative. Springs do wear out with lots of use, but these seem to hold up well.

      I can get 27 rounds in my originally 18 rd mag and plus 9 extension but can’t load it into my tp9sfx. So I’ll just run it with 26 other than that it works . --------- RESPONSE: Hey Ian, that's odd. Curious why your mag isn't taking all nine -- ours do!

      Picture shows 3 springs, I ordered springs for two base plates that I recently purchased. It is only one spring per order.
