    Product Description

    Adding a heavy backstrap to the diminutive SIG 365 Macro re-sets the balance lower, and does a lot to calm the gun down in recoil.

    SIG 365s are among the more-controllable micro 9s, but adding a TF backstrap "makes the gun." For the cost of a few extra ounces on your belt, you get a much better-behaved, easier-to-work-with sidearm.
     
    Simple physics will tell you that a heavier frame recoils slower than a lighter one (so recoil feels less "sharp"), but physics can't easily describe the change in "feel" created by the lower center of gravity. For us, there's no question: brass is superior.

      The Weight Your XMacro Needs

      This is my 3rd Taylor Freelance Backstrap, and just like with the other two, fit and finish is perfect. Very easy to install with the factory pin, and adds the perfect amount of weight for an XMACRO. I understand if some people are in the 'carry guns should be as light as possible' category, but the increase in comfort and shootability is more than worth a little extra weight in my opinion. With a light on the front and this backstrap installed I can run this like a true full sized firearm. Now if only they'd make one for my CZ P09C as well...

      I have a Fuse and XL slide for my Xmacro Grip. This has made be biggest difference vs lights, base plates etc. The fit is PERFECT, great texture and size.

      Really happy with this for my Sig Sauer Tacops. Fit perfect and like the fact that the magwell screw is predrilled. Excellent product.

      I like what the back strap does for the recoil impulse. My Fuse went from 589g to 676g it feels smoother and my return to target feels natural. The 365 legion with a metal frame is 663g so the 676g Fuse is still an acceptable carry weight for me. The fit and finish on my Black Brass Back Strap was excellent.

      I was skeptical about this back strap actually doing anything. I have found that it really does calm the guns recoil down. The extra weight also makes the gun feel better in the hand. I have this paired with a radian comp and this combo kill most of the recoil. This will limit options of magwells if you want one. I have an empire on mine and had to do some custom fitting to make it work. But if you are on the fence about this, I can say for sure it helped out a lot in my experience.

      This worked very well and fits awesome. The fit of the grip is perfect now and when I pick up the gun up it is in the perfect grip position everytime. I cannot say enough good for this piece.
