Rock Island users have asked us for a custom basepad to match our "Fattie" magwell ever since we brought it out. This is that basepad. (Also works on Para-Ordnance P-16 and P-18.)
- +4 capacity in 9mm or .38 Super (+2+ in .40 or 10mm) for 21+1 and sometimes 22+1 performance!
- Can be used on a .45 -- just remove the plastic insert, or trim the "legs" of the insert.
- Legal for USPSA, 3-Gun competition (meets the 140mm rule)
- Works with TF "Fattie" magwell and RIA factory magwell.
- Uses the stock spring.
- Includes modified Arredondo Accessories insert for jam-free function beyond 18 rounds
Note: Works with Mec-Gar Para mags, and with Rock Island mags. HOWEVER, Rock Island recently started offering magazines that are slightly longer than prior generations (notably in .40). If you are shooting USPSA events, be sure to measure your assembled mags to be sure they fit the USPSA gauge!

The perfect match for a great gun
I bought 2 of these in red in January of 2019 for my double stack 9mm 1911. More than a year and a half later and at least 1,000 rounds through them, they look and function like new. Multiple mag drops and reloading drills and they keep on ticking. Ordering was painless, shipping was reasonable and fast. HIGHLY recommended.
