Totally new, the HK VP 9/40 version of our "Overdrive" magwell optimizes what you want in a competition-style magazine funnel:
- Legal for all the pistol games that allow magwells (1 5/8" wide at widest point)
- Milled from 6061 aluminum billet
- Accepts factory magazines as well as TF +5 and +0 extensions.
- Textured for "grippiness" where you want it, smooth where you don't
- Maximized funnel area
- Available in bright aluminum, black-, or red-anodize
- Works with the small and medium backstrap. Large backstrap will require fitting.
- Low cost versus steel!

The HK VP9/40 Magwell
The magwell installed easily, fits nice, the large capacity factory mags fit nicely & the magwell gives myself a better grip due to my large hands. Looks great too! Great product!

VP9 Magazine well
This is the second VP9LOR that I’ve used this product on, the first one used the medium backstrap on it and didn’t take much fitting but this one is using the large backstrap and it did take some fitting but was easily done, I don’t know how it’d turn out for someone who isn’t used to fitting parts to firearms, but looks great on the gun and adds functionality for quick magazine changes. Kudos for a very well made and finished product.

H&K VP9L OR
Fits great, looks great, made great, it’s great. A little snug to get “snapped” into place but if it wasn’t it wouldn’t fit, look and function great, so expect to “fit” it to the handgun as any really well fitting part would, but don’t be afraid to purchase as anybody should be able to fit it. Very well made and I think it adds more comfort to an already very nice grip.

Good addition for the VP9
I picked this up for my VP9L OR pistol. Installation was super easy. Funnel is very easy to index when reloading. Works with factory 20 round magazines. The only thing I don’t like is the bright finish. I would prefer a more matte finish that would blend in better with the pistol controls. I’ll likely have mine cerakoted.

A new favorite l
I’ve tried 3 different mag wells and now this one is my go to. Why? Because my hand isn’t squished. When using other mag wells, they tend to take up a little more space on the pistol frame and in doing so my grip becomes uncomfortably squished in between the from of the mag well and trigger guard. Keep in mind that I’m 6’4 with large hands so this issue is more for folks with larger paws. The only thing I didn’t like about this mag well (which is in the disclaimer in the product page) is that you have to dremel the Large size backstrap to make it fit. it’s not hard to do, so it’s not a deal breaker.
