- Side rails allow for "ripping and stripping" the magazine during a malfunction
- Dot grid system allows for easy numbering using a paint pen
- ID "Window" for writing initials, badge number, etc.
- Rounded corners offer better concealment, painless reloading
- Hollow base design works with new 17-round mags
- Special insert (included) adapts the basepad to work with older 15-round mags
- NOTE: Does NOT work with typical HK 10-round magazines
- Brass material raises total weight to one ounce
