These are great
The extra weight is nice for helping the magazine drop free during a reload (which you don't need with good technique, of course, but a little more margin for error under time pressure is always nice) and to help the gun feel more like its steel competitors. To get to +3, you need to remove the little plastic plate that sits on the bottom of the spring and on top of the base pad
