Taylor Freelance's new +4 for the PPQ .45 extends your mags out to the maximum allowed in USPSA Limited -- giving you 16+1 instead of the stock 12. That's a MASSIVE advantage in any context. Works with the factory spring (saving money!), and the quick-release locking plate gives a balance of retention and easy cleaning. For those of you familiar with our +6 for the Walther PPQ, this is similar, but sized for the .45.

Ppq 45 +4 mag extensions
Only takes +3 .45 ACP. Factory locking plate was left out. No need for it to be installed.

Not as advertised
I would buy this again…. But there is room for improvement. +3 additional rounds of .45 ACP not +4 as advertised. Need to slam the mag in because the metal retaining bracket on the mag extension held in place by the Allen screws hits the bottom rear of the mag well opening. You could file off a small amount of the polymer from the grip for easier insertion. Much appreciated that they are supporting the PPQ45! --- RESPONSE: Hey Michael, kind of sounds like you might have left the locking plate on the end of the spring. If so, take it off to (hopefully) get +4!

Ppq .45 +4 base pad
Not many products for this particular handgun but these base pads are great and fit perfectly also look great and fiction with factory spring just fine couple hundreds rounds out no feed issues or any issues as of yet I recommend these base pads
