Stabilize your Walther PDP!
Adding a metallic backstrap adds weight to the lower part of the frame. That weight counteracts the "top-heavy" feel of polymer autos, and calms perceived recoil. In our experience metal backstraps improve the "feel" of the gun -- especially when speed reloading. That might sound counter-intuitive, but a polymer gun with a metal backstrap rolls sideways slower and more predictably -- and doesn't feel like it's trying to fall out of your hand.

Walther PDP full size back strap.
The back strap fits nice. The grip is really better then the Walther back strap. The only problem I had was after I got everything flush fit, I tried to tighten the screw on the bottom, but if you tighten too much it pushes the bottom of the strap away from the frame. So you can only snug tighten so much because you won't get a good flush fit. Although flush fit, it was a headache getting a simple roll pin back in but all worked out for an easy installation. The silver aluminum looks great against the black on the pistol, and you can feel some weight difference. Not as heavy as the brass, but their is a significant difference. The pistol has a better balance for sure. I'm happy with it, easy ordering, fast shipping too. Next will be the Walther magazine plates.
