Product Description
Stabilize your Walther PDP!
Adding a metallic backstrap adds weight to the lower part of the frame. That weight counteracts the "top-heavy" feel of polymer autos, and calms perceived recoil. In our experience metal backstraps improve the "feel" of the gun -- especially when speed reloading. That might sound counter-intuitive, but a polymer gun with a metal backstrap rolls sideways slower and more predictably -- and doesn't feel like it's trying to fall out of your hand.
- CNC Machined from bar stock
- Works with screw-locking TF magwells
- Works on the FULL SIZE Walther PDP Only (18-round magazine)
- High-traction checkering stabilizes the gun in your hand
- Adds 3.75 ounces in brass, 1.15 ounce in aluminum
Weight: 1.15 ounces
Material: Aluminum
Color: Blue
NOTE: IDPA shooters should read their rules carefully. IDPA shooters will likely be able to use the aluminum variant only due to IDPA's past restrictions on "brass grips."

Walther PDP Full size Backstrap, Alum, Black
The backstrap was easy to install and was an exact fit for my PDP full size. It stands out from the OEM black color with a nice shine. Combined with the black aluminum base plate they provide just the right amount of added weight to give me a nice balance in my grip. I am extremely satisfied with this piece. TF has my full endorsement.

GREAT PRODUCT, WRONG MODEL GUN
I received the backstrap from TF, and it is a flawless piece of material. Everything about it is top notch. There was only one problem. This works with the standard PDP, but not the PDP Pro with the factory magwell. I emailed TF customer support and they said to simply send the plate back and they'll send me their new backplate that works with the PDP Pro. #1 Customer support from a #1 company!!

Excellent fit, also installed mag well
Only reason for a 4 star is that I have not put rounds thru firearm after installation Fit was perfect, easy installation, backstrap seems to have enough texture to maintain grip
