The TF magwell for the PDP offers a sleek, cost-effective way to get the most out of your pistol. You can run this by itself for all the reasons listed above, or combine it with a TF metal backstrap. Few modifications NOTICEABLY change the way a gun feels/acts -- a brass backstrap with either an aluminum or brass magwell is one of those few.
We strongly suggest using extended basepads when using a magwell (any magwell). Extended pads let you push the mag in and KNOW that it's fully seated. Factory (flat) basepads will tend to disappear up inside the magwell's funnel, making them difficult to seat, and even harder to remove if the magazine gets stuck.

Taylor freelance magwell
The magwell is a nice product but it doesn’t align properly with grip of my firearm. There is a gap and it would look better if fit snug. Also since I have 10 round magazines due to state compliance they don’t fit when the magwell is on. I believe this magwell is better suited for the polymer version of this pistol and not the steel frame. I did reach out to Taylor freelance and they said they are working on a solution, but don’t foresee a resolution anytime soon. It would be great if what I received was really made for the pistol I have.

Brass Magwell
This magwell fit perfectly and it gave me the added weight I was looking for.. I had to get mine Cerakoted Graphite Black, and it was a perfect color match to my deathgrips..

Brass Magwell
Over all a good size. Was hoping it wasn't going to be huge as this is a every day carry. Just the right size and weight. I do have a small problem with it, but Robin Taylor is working with me on it. Over all very happy with it.

Brass PDP Compact magwell
This brass magwell is a game changer . It feels Amazing in the hand.and am able to get a much better grip with my support hand. . Been waiting for this for a while to match my brass backstrap, but was blown away at how good it felt went ibgot it. Another win from TF. ??

Brass Pdp magwell compact
The design is perfect !! Just installed the brass magwell to my Pdp compact and let me tell you the weight on that thing is just right great overall balance especially when paired with the brass back strap ( death grip ) take my word for it you won't regret it.
