The Carver fits a niche between the smallish SSS "ESP" model and the full-on SSS "Limited" -- which offers a very large funnel indeed. Designed to work with Taylor Freelance basepads Works with virtually all basepads -- including stock magazines. Same profile as Carver Custom "Open" magwell, but relieved inside to accept factory basepads.
SUGGESTED PAIRING: The "Triple Threat" and TF +3, +6, and +10 models all work well with this classic Bobby Carver design.

parts that do not work together, made wrong
S&W M&P 170mm base pad w/spring - black does not work with carver magwell 2.0 tactical I wish I would have been notified when I purchased them together. Now I have don't know what to do with the magwell. The magwell rod that holds the screw is also made backwards. I just don't know (sigh) just not a good experience. --------- Richard that sounds dreadful! Please send us everything back so we can return your money and do right by you!
