Better traction, more weight, and two magwell mounting points make this aluminum backstrap a great "middleweight" option. While this option only adds about one ounce, weight and felt recoil are directly related. By adding weight the gun calms down, creating a smoother-shooting, softer-kicking, more-neutrally-balanced handgun.
- machined from 6061 aluminum
- High-traction checkered surface (better control)
- built-in mount for magwell (both the factory magwell, and TF version)
- lowers the center of gravity (less top-heavy)

Backstrap
Awesome firm fit!!! Did have issues with my magazine not inserting at first but after sanding the inside of the magazine channel works like new though this might have been because I got the metal magwell replacement as well but either way I love it!!!

Cerakoted gold back strap
Looks great on my rival SFX. Added a gold back plate to the slide as well.

Canik sfx rival backstrap
Fits and looks great on the sfx rival. goes great with they're gold magwell so id recommend buying one when purchasing the backstrap.

Aluminum Backstrap for Canik Rival
I put this on my Canik Rival and it looks and feels great! The gold cerakote matches the gold cerakoted parts of the Rival like it was done at the factory! Installation is easy, but you definitely need to watch the installation video as there are no instructions included to explain the extra things that need to be checked and/or done. Excellent product TF....keep it up!!!

Nice addition to my Rival!
Love this backstrap. Just the right size for my medium-sized hands, and adds enough weight to the pistol to actually make a difference in felt recoil. Highly recommended!
