Amazing, but ...
Bought this for the new prime and now that it's installed I'm happy but the lack of instructions might stump a few people. The metal base that attaches to the bottom of the spring and also acts as the retainer for the original base plate needs to be discarded before installing this. While figuring this out for myself the locking mechanism on this decided to detonate since it was stuck in open position allowing it to come apart. After 30 minutes of hunting down all of those pieces and realizing I had to remove that one piece I got it assembled. Only other complaint is the gold version is not the same as the gold trigger shoe on the prime but not a huge deal. Overall quality is amazing but again a lack of instructions or a simple warning of a part that needs to be discarded would have made a world of difference
