Product Description
The "Deep Concealment" holster represents the best concealed-carry holster we've ever used -- and it's the only concealment holster we recommend. Made by fellow Northwest USPSA shooter Greg Purcell, the "DC" holster combines too many features to comfortably list. Since it relies on a single heavy-gauge belt clip, the holster can swivel a small amount, settling into a natural position for YOUR anatomy, rather than the anatomy of the holster maker. (Two-clip designs can't do this.) Likewise, when you sit in a car or soft chair, the holster can pivot just enough to help you sit comfortably. Robin Taylor wrote an article about the DC for Front Sight magazine some years ago, extolling how he could wear this holster to work, and walk around the office using tucked-in medium-weight dress shirt as his only means of concealment. Nothing we've ever seen rides more comfortably, or hides better, all while offering a respectably-fast draw. People who use the "tan" version like it because the leather is softer (for some reason) and -- for whites/hispanics -- the color is closer to their skin tone should their shirt ride up and expose the holster. Using a matching leather belt helps with the camouflage effect.
